Refund Policy

Summary: sales are final once your platform is installed and running. Before buying, use the live demo or book a call. If we cannot fix a critical defect within 7 business days, we refund in full.
Our policy in plain terms
EventMS Pro is a software license bundled with an installation service. Because we deliver both the platform and a fully configured, running deployment on your server, sales are final once installation is complete. This is standard practice for custom software installation services.
Why no automatic refunds
Unlike a SaaS subscription you can cancel at any time, purchasing EventMS Pro involves significant work on our side: we deploy the platform, configure your domain and server environment, connect your payment provider keys, and verify the installation. That work is performed and cannot be undone. The license itself is also delivered and cannot be revoked once installation is confirmed.
Before you buy
We strongly encourage you to use all available resources before purchasing. The live demo is available with all three roles (Admin, Organizer, Customer) and reflects the exact platform you will receive. You can also book a free pre-purchase call to ask any questions. We would rather spend 30 minutes answering your questions than have either party in a dispute.
Exceptions
If you experience a critical defect that prevents core functionality (ticketing, payments, or organizer access) and our team cannot resolve it within 7 business days of a verified bug report, we will issue a full refund at our discretion. We stand behind the product.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. If you have an issue, email us first. We respond within 1 business day and will work to resolve any legitimate concern.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle may apply their own refund policies in cases of fraud or payment disputes. Any refund issued through Paddle does not affect the license terms above.
