Updates and direct access to the team that built it.
Built first for companies that run ticketing as their business — agencies, box offices and venue groups operating events for other organizers. It fits any team running multiple events or brands from one system they own.
Run every client's event from one install, on your own brand.
Sell for venues you do not own without giving up margin.
One platform across every room and every date you book.
Tours and recurring shows across many dates and cities.
Tiered tickets, early-bird windows and speaker sessions.
Multi-day passes, exhibitor lists and on-site check-in.
Orientation, alumni and faculty events under one system.
Attendee data stays inside your own infrastructure.
Season passes and fixture-by-fixture ticketing.
Four pillars built in full. No per-seat fees, no platform lock-in, no revenue share on your ticket sales.
Every event picks its sale channel: platform ticketing, external link-out, box office door sales, "announce now, sell later" with waitlist, free RSVP, or pay-what-you-want. Recurring schedules, templates, duplication, and a draft to approval to published workflow are built in.

Not a starting point you extend for six months. Every figure below is a part of the platform that already exists — and each one is counted from the list further down this page, not typed in by hand.

These describe the software, not our sales. We publish no ticket, revenue or customer counts, because a self-hosted platform runs on servers we cannot see.
kulturgehtweiter GmbH ran an established German event platform, then spent a year building this one with us. Here is their review, published on Trustpilot.

kulturgehtweiter GmbH Düsseldorf
Germany · 12 August 2026
We worked closely with the EventMS Pro team for more than a year to develop the new software. Throughout the process, we contributed our many years of experience with kulturgehtweiter.de, along with our expertise in event marketing, advertising, platform development and ticketing.
The result is a modern and powerful platform shaped by the real needs of event organisers, agencies and ticket buyers. Many of its features and workflows are based on practical experience gained from operating an established event platform on a daily basis.

EventMS Pro was not designed in isolation. Two Düsseldorf companies shaped it during development — one running an established event platform day to day, the other advising on the digital side and signing off releases.
Event and ticketing expertise from running an established German event platform, contributed across more than a year of development.
Digital consulting and advisory, plus testing and sign-off on releases throughout development.
The parts most platforms sell as add-ons, or never build at all. All included in the licence.

Request a demoYou buy a licence, we deploy it, you start selling. Most buyers are live on their own domain inside two business days.
One-time payment, invoiced directly. The first 10 buyers lock in the early-bird price. You receive a perpetual license as soon as payment clears.
Within 1 to 2 business days we deploy EventMS Pro on your VPS, configure your domain, and connect your Stripe and PayPal keys. You receive admin credentials and a working platform.
Invite organizers, publish your first events, and start selling tickets under your own brand. Our team is on hand for questions as you grow.
You provide a VPS (we recommend 4 vCPU / 8 GB RAM, about $20 to $40 a month) and accounts with Stripe and PayPal. We install, configure, and maintain everything on it.
Measured against the hosted platforms most organizers use today — Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, Universe and similar — which charge a subscription, a per-ticket fee, or both.

It is a one-time license. You pay once and own your deployment forever. There are no monthly fees, no per-organizer seat costs, and no revenue share taken from your ticket sales. This is the core reason buyers choose EventMS Pro over SaaS alternatives.
You get the complete EventMS Pro platform installed on your own server, configured, and ready to go. The platform runs under your domain, your data stays on your infrastructure, and every ticket sale goes directly to your payment account. Your license includes 6 months of support and product updates.
With Eventbrite and similar SaaS platforms you are renting access and paying a cut of every ticket sold. With EventMS Pro you license a self-hosted platform that runs on your server. You keep 100% of your revenue (minus your own payment processor fees), you own your audience data, and you are not subject to another company changing its pricing or terms.
Yes. You receive the full source code (Laravel API + Nuxt frontend) under a perpetual commercial license, so your own developers can read, modify, and extend the platform. The one restriction is resale: you may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code, or use it to create a competing product for others to license. You can run it, change it, and host it on as many of your own deployments as your license covers. Our team is available for customizations if you would rather not build them yourself.
No. Nothing stops working. Your license is perpetual: the platform keeps running on your server indefinitely whether or not you ever buy support again. Support and future development are optional services, not a requirement to keep operating.
Included: installation, initial deployment, bug fixes, deployment assistance, and product questions. Billable separately: new features, custom integrations, UI/UX modifications, third-party integrations, and infrastructure changes such as server migrations or PHP/OS upgrades. We scope and quote those individually so there are no surprises on either side.
The server is yours; the work on it is ours. You provide a VPS (we recommend 4 vCPU / 8 GB RAM, typically $20 to $40 a month from a provider like Hetzner or DigitalOcean) and pay that provider directly. We install EventMS Pro on it, configure SSL and your domain, and maintain the server for the duration of your support period, at no extra cost. Keeping the server in your own account is deliberate: it is what makes the deployment, the database, and the data genuinely yours rather than something you rent from us.
A VPS or dedicated server with PHP 8.2+, MySQL 8, Redis, and Node 20. We recommend 4 vCPU / 8 GB RAM, which is roughly $20 to $40 a month and handles substantial traffic. You will also need free-tier accounts for Stripe and/or PayPal (payments), Pusher (real-time), and Cloudinary (media). You pay those providers directly; we configure all of it during installation at no extra cost.
Our team builds them. Customization requests are scoped and quoted individually. You get changes made by the people who know the codebase best, without the risk of breaking your upgrade path.
One license covers one production deployment for your event business, on your own domain. You may customize and brand it as your own — remove our branding, style it to match your company, and operate it under your name. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the platform itself as a white-label product to third parties; the license is for operating your own event ticketing or marketplace business, not for reselling the software. If you need multiple domains or deployments, contact us about additional licenses.
Because EventMS Pro is sold under a perpetual commercial license. Once purchased, the software remains fully functional indefinitely. Support and custom development are optional services you can buy if and when you need them — they are not requirements for using the software.
Because you receive a fully installed, running platform, sales are final once installation is delivered. Not sure yet? Book a walkthrough and we will take you through the platform as every role sees it, and answer anything you want to ask. We would rather answer every question before you commit.
A single-organizer edition of EventMS Pro is coming: the same engine, focused on one brand selling its own tickets, without the marketplace layer. Join the waitlist and be first to know.
One email when it ships. No newsletter, no sharing your address.
