Venues and box offices

Venue ticketing with real seating charts, owned outright

A venue sells the same seats every week. Paying a percentage of every one of those tickets, forever, to rent seating software is a peculiar arrangement once you total it up across a season. EventMS Pro gives you the seating engine, the box office, and the door scanning as a one-time purchase.

Visual seating, built in

Build your room once as a visual seating chart, then reuse it for every event on the calendar. Attendees pick actual seats during checkout rather than buying a generic admission ticket, and your box office can sell into the same chart at the door without a separate system or a reconciliation step afterward.

  • Reusable seating charts across recurring events
  • Seat-level selection in the attendee checkout flow
  • Box office channel for door and phone sales into the same inventory

Door operations that hold up on a busy night

QR scanning through a dedicated scanner role, so door staff get exactly the access they need and nothing else. Tickets validate against your own server, transfers are OTP-verified so a resold ticket still scans correctly for the right person, and refunds and cancellations are handled inside the same system rather than by hand.

The seasonal arithmetic

Take your seat count, multiply by shows per year, multiply by average ticket price, and take the percentage your current platform charges. For most venues running a regular calendar, that figure passes the license cost well inside the first season, and every season after that is money that stays in the building.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell at the door and online from the same inventory?
Yes. The box office sale channel writes into the same seat inventory as online sales, so there is no double-selling and no end-of-night reconciliation between two systems.
Does it handle recurring shows?
Yes. Recurring schedules, event templates, and one-click duplication are built in, so a weekly show does not mean rebuilding the event and the seating chart each time.
What hardware do we need for scanning?
Any modern smartphone or tablet with a camera. The scanner is a web application, so there is no proprietary hardware to buy or lease.
