Reserved seating

Ticketing software with seating charts built in, not bolted on

Reserved seating is usually the feature that forces an upgrade to a platform's expensive tier, or a second piece of software wired to the first. Here it ships in the box: build the room once, reuse it for every event, and sell seats online and at the door from the same inventory.

Build the room once, reuse it forever

Create a visual seating chart for your venue, then attach it to any event on the calendar. Recurring shows, templates, and one-click duplication mean a weekly performance does not require rebuilding the map each time. Attendees choose actual seats during checkout rather than buying undifferentiated general admission.

  • Visual chart builder with reusable venue layouts
  • Seat-level selection inside the attendee checkout flow
  • Recurring events, templates, and duplication

One inventory, every sale channel

Box office sales write into the same seat map as online sales, so a seat sold at the window is immediately unavailable online. No double-booking, no separate point-of-sale system, and no reconciliation between two sets of numbers at the end of the night.

  • Online, box office, and door sales against a single inventory
  • Ticket tiers, add-ons, coupons, taxes, and fees per event
  • Refunds, cancellations, and OTP-verified ticket transfers

From seat map to door scan

Every reserved seat produces a QR ticket that validates against your own server through a scoped scanner role. Door staff get scanning access and nothing else, transferred tickets still scan correctly for the new holder, and the whole chain from seat selection to admission stays inside one system you own.

Frequently asked questions

Is reserved seating included, or a paid add-on?
Included. Seating charts are part of the standard license along with every other feature. There is no upgrade tier and no add-on pricing.
Can I sell general admission and reserved seats for the same event?
Yes. Ticket tiers and variants sit alongside the seating chart, so an event can offer both reserved seats and general admission tickets.
What happens if a seated event is cancelled?
Refunds and cancellations are handled inside the platform, with the seat map released back to available. Because payments run through your own Stripe or PayPal account, refunds settle directly from you.
